Reliable Home Inspections is owned and operated by Don Palmer.

Don has had 40 years experience in the building industry in both the commercial building and residential sectors.

Over the last 20 years he has owned his own building business.

Don holds a Building Technicians Certificate and is a member of both the Housing Industry Association and the Association of Building Consultants.

Reliable Home Inspections is also covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.

As a builder Don has built a reputation for relating to his clients' needs. He believes that it is better to educate people; enabling them to make qualified decisions - rather than to tell them what to do. Don appreciates that what you need is advice on how to manage faults that are found in the house. Because all houses have faults he feels he must identify the faults you will be buying in this house and know how to deal with them.
